At A&B sound, which, contrary to opinion I’d heard earlier, is still open (though, with much smaller selection). A healthy selection of blu-ray discs are for sale.

And a good selection of HD-DVD discs, too. Though, now I think the balance is shifting toward Blu-Ray, since most of the major studios are dropping support for HD-DVD.
