And thus with Tropical Storm Alberto begins the 2006 hurricane season. Read up at CNN. I live at that little indentation near the bottom the red line, which is the current hurricane warning area. You can track Alberto’s progress at the National Hurricane Center.

In Sarasota this morning there are a few more leaves than usual on the ground due to high speed gusts last night. Had a couple of minor brownouts (not enough to reset any appliances) — otherwise things are a-ok. 🙂
