Ultimate under the stars tonight — actually in just under half an hour!!! Hooray!
A note about this picture and the previous one: last night, I was out of work so early (5:45pm), there was still about 15 minutes of sunlight. In a fit of inspiration I raced home, got my camera and headed straight downtown. If I have time I’ll be posting a few more tonight!

Raev @#$%^!
What do you get when you cross Nanaimo’s exploitation of women on their electronic music event flyers with Ellen Feiss, Apple’s most famous switcher?
Why, this, of course. Hee hee! -
Oh Happy Day

Set the alarm for 7. Woke up at 3:30, 4:40, 5:30 and 6:30 and yet it was the best sleep I’ve had in weeks. Every time I woke up, I woke up because I was well rested and thought it was time to get up. I would glance at the clock, see it’s too early, and go back to sleep. It was the best feeling in the world. It’s 7:30 now and I feel totally refreshed.
The secret is that, apart from watching the DVD of A Beautiful Mind on DVD, I totally ignored my computer last night — in all its emailweblogtastic glory. I was in bed by 11!
Going to bed late and getting up early is a double-whammy — not only do I get less sleep, but it takes longer to become functional once my eyes are open. Funny how I seem to rediscover this every year.
