Jazz on St. Armand’s Circle
So, on the fourth Friday of every month, St. Armand’s Circle hosts a free jazz performance. This time around it was 18-year-old Jose Valentino Ruiz and his band. Let me tell you, this guy can really play a flute! Not too bad on a sax, either.

HBC agrees to be acquired by US investor
🙁 No joke. The Hudson’s Bay Company is one of the oldest in Canada, incorporated in 1670.
“Johnston said Zucker is sensitive to the unique role Hudson’s Bay Co. has played in Canada. ‘I really hope there is no national backlash on this,’ he said.”
